Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, all parts and pieces included in the order must be returned to Pedal Python.

To start a return, you can contact us by replying to your original order confirmation email receipt, or use this form to contact us, please include your order number and name that the order was placed under. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for return shipping costs, and your purchase amount will be refunded after the item is received. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Warranty

We are proud to offer a lifetime replacement warranty on Pedal Python cable management systems. Contact us via our contact page and include any information you can about your order number including your name and phone number. We may ask for a photo via email of any wear or damage before approving your claim.

All other products on the Pedal Python web store have a 90-day warranty.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Items that are returned to us damaged due to improper use or improper installation will not be accepted. We cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

If your Pedal Python purchase is not exactly what you hoped it would be, be it the wrong fit, size or color, contact us. We will work with you on returning the item to us and getting your desired item sent to you.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. When approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method.
